What leaves your device

• Birthplace search: the city name you type.
• Tarot reading (only when AI is on): your question, topic and the cards drawn; your Sun, Moon and Rising signs if your birth details are saved; and your saved notes that aren't paused.
• Continuing with the cards: that reading, the interpretation you saw, those notes and your messages.
• Talk with MOONA: your recent messages and only what you tick: your chart placements (never your birth date, time or place), today's date and time zone (the sky is recalculated on the server), and the notes you choose.
• Daily horoscope: the date, your time zone, your Sun, Moon and Rising signs and the day's sky facts, which the server checks against its own calculation.
• Birth-chart reading: your chart's positions (signs, degrees, houses, aspects and, without a birth time, when a planet changes sign that day), never your birth date, time or place as you typed them. Positions this exact could be worked back to a birth date by someone determined.
• A random visitor id (a cookie), set the first time you use live AI, so free AI readings are shared fairly between people on the same Wi-Fi; the server counts readings against it, and before you sign in your conversations with MOONA are kept by it (see Conversation history below).
• Email sign-in (only if you choose it, where this site offers it): your email, whether you want MOONA updates (only if you tick it) and your sessions; a random cookie that limits how many codes one browser can ask for; your email goes to our email provider (Resend; at busy times possibly Aliyun Direct Mail) only to deliver the code. Your journal is not uploaded.
• Reading packs (only where they are enabled): the server keeps your order, its amount and state, and your pack credits under an account id. Card details go only to the payment provider; MOONA never sees them.
• A share link (only when you make one, where this site keeps links): the snapshot you saw in the preview (cards and their text, sign names, or a score and labels; your question or their nickname only if you ticked them), until it expires or you remove it. Never your birth details, notes or chats.
• A match invite (only when you send or answer one): the positions of five planets (and Rising, if your time and place are known), never your birth date, time or place. The server compares the two once, then keeps only the two results for 30 days, or until either of you ends the invite.
• Ratings (only when you tap Yes / Not quite): the rating, the reasons you picked, the feature, the rules version and model that wrote the reply, and the language. No words, and not linked to your account or visitor id.
• What you choose to send with a rating (only after you see the preview and tap Send): the reply as you saw it, and your question or message if you leave it in. Kept 90 days, deleted at once when you take it back. Never your birth details, notes or anyone else's details.
• Conversation history (unless you turn it off in Settings): your conversations with MOONA, to improve and train MOONA, kept by your visitor id without an email before you sign in and with your email after; never your birth details or notes, with phone numbers and email addresses in a message masked first and conversations in a crisis not kept. Kept up to 180 days, all deleted at once when you turn it off.

Our server passes AI requests to the AI provider. To keep spending within the event's budget and let a retry replay instead of paying twice, it keeps: counts per visitor id, a keyed fingerprint of each request (never its text), and each AI reply: 2 hours for most, about a day for a Sun-sign horoscope (the same for everyone with that sign), 30 days for a pack reading and its follow-ups. After that a reply is never shown again and is deleted at the server's next cleanup. A reply can quote your words. There is no analytics, and no account unless you sign in with your email or buy a reading pack, where this site offers them. Everything else stays in this browser.
